My local disk is too full

My local disk C which includes things like windows, file storage, and game processors like riot games is only 256gb abs it’s completely full, I’ve tried my best to clean the storage but to no avail. I want to install a new 1tb ssd in its place and install everything from the old one onto the new usb but I’m not sure what ssd I need or how to install everything onto the new ssd, if anyone could help I would be greatly appreciative.
