lenovo keyboard registering multiple key presses

hi! lenovo ideapad l340 g17-api! here are the keys that aren’t working : T, Y, [, B, N, Spacebar numpad : /, -, 8, +, 5, Enter, 2, 3, . (Del)

i’ve currently : used an external keyboard ( it works on the laptop! ) removed & cleaned under the keypads ran in safe mode ( still persists ) uninstalled the keyboard driver ( 3 times )

i do believe i spilled water on it? i had to remove the battery out because it had leaked, so maybe the keyboard was affected :(

would it be best to just buy a replacement keyboard and give up on trying to fix this one? and what model keyboards can i look for to replace this one with? i heard that ideapad L310, L320 and L330 are compatible with L340
