Question about planers

Getting into woodworking and building up some tools. I'm looking to buy a planer. The jet jwp-13bt is about $640 on Amazon right now, which is comparable (and in my range) in price to the Dewalt 735. I was debating between these two and wanted to get some opinions. I know many of you own the 735, but I haven't heard much on the Jet, and its much pricier at full price.

I also hear the Wahuda 2 speed is nice too? Thoughts? Thanks!!
