Sae
Sae's shot is, without a doubt, the worst move in the entire game. I genuinely wish I was exaggerating, but I’m not. It is downright terrible so bad that I can’t even comprehend why Chrollo would add it in the first place if it was going to be this abysmal. It’s like they took Isagi’s Direct Shot, stripped away all its effectiveness, and left us with a hollow, watered-down version that lacks power, precision, and any form of competitive viability. Why would they do this? What even is the point of the shot? I can’t wrap my head around how the developers thought this was an acceptable addition to the game, let alone for a world-class player like Sae. Did they even test it? Or did they just slap it into the game without a second thought? Because there is absolutely no way anyone could use this move in a serious match and think, “Yeah, this is fine.” It fails to surpass a basic half-charged shot, let alone anything remotely special. It has no unique mechanics, no strength, and no justification for existing other than to mock Sae fans. It’s almost like they intentionally nerfed him just to spite us. And let’s talk about how useless this shot is in actual gameplay. This thing won’t even make it past an AI goalkeeper, let alone a real player with decent reflexes. A toddler could defend against this shot with one hand tied behind their back. It’s weak, predictable, and entirely unworthy of a player of Sae’s caliber. The developers had one job! to do justice to one of the most talented players in the game’s universe, and instead, they completely fumbled his signature move. It’s a disgrace to my king’s glory. A slap in the face to everything Sae represents. They took an elite, world-class prodigy and reduced him to a joke because they couldn’t be bothered to give him a shot that actually reflects his skill level. I refuse to believe that anyone involved in the development process thought this was a good idea. The sheer disappointment I feel is immeasurable.
