Advice for a nighttime run at the DLR parks?

We are new Magic Key holders and are super excited - we are thinking of going on a weeknight after work to catch a few hours of rides and snacks (ie arriving to the park around 6-7pm on a night where DL closes at 12a).

We are thinking to start at DCA and swap over around 9/10pm. Will probably wait til after the spring break craze.

Any tips for getting the most out of a night at Disney? Best way to make sure we get a good few rides in, any unmissable snacks? Thank you!!
