Radical rf15 undergassed

I recently bought an ar from the gun store. I shoot it right out of the box and it won’t rechamber a round. It ejects just fine and has good eject range around the 3 or 4 o’clock range. It won’t rechamber a round. It has a non adjustable gas block and everything is snug and plumb.
