Help! I think I’m hit!

A coworker of mine showed me the dark side of side loading. I’ve been an Apple user my entire life. I purchased an android tablet just for the movie apps. I was playing around with the tablet and fire stick. That was two weeks ago, and around the same time I started getting a lot of spam calls and text. My wife now is getting them too and today had an alert that Coinbase has an attempted log in, not sure if it just coincidence. We do have Macbooks but her work computer is not. Should I be concerned? What can I do to figure out if I’m compromised? How do I clean this? Please help!
