I have social anxiety and am very introverted...nervous for my first grindr hookup

I (22) recently came out. It's been hard but a long time coming. I'm meeting this guy (53 - I know there's an age gap between us but I'm into older men let me be lol) and he seems really sweet. He says I don't need to do anything I'm not comfortable with and willing to meet in a public place. I also video chatted with him and everything seems okay.

As I've said in the title I have pretty bad social anxiety and I'm very introverted. He says we can just hangout in his hot tub in the backyard when we get back to his place for a bit and see how things go. I'm just nervous about saying something wrong or being generally awkward. Do you hug these hookup people when you meet them? If they tell you you're hot or whatever do I say thank you or is that really weird? What other things are considered normal to say and not say, do and not do, etc. Honestly just feeling a bit lost.
