Help me find window handle parts…

Hello! My window handle broke and it has been challenging to find parts for it. It’s also because I’m not sure how to uninstall all the bottom part - the outside perspective shows me some rubbery material on top of some plastic parts (feels like it can just pop off). Any help is appreciated!
