Trip advice

I plan on visiting Chengdu -> Chongqing (wulong) -> Zhangjiajie -> Shanghai -> Beijing Orginally I was thing 2 weeks but including travel time I dont think thats enough days to really enjoy each city.

In your guys experience how many days/nights would you reccomend for each city and the best way to travel!
