MAJOR ISSUE!!! NEED EXPLANATION/HELP!!

I've had problems with Alight before, but the takes the cake. So today I was thinking on working on something new and I went back to look at some WIPs I never finished, and for some reason, all of my animations with pictures in them have had the photos replaced with other images I saved? I found this both really odd and upsetting since I spent so much time working on them. One has the animation flashing back and forth between the original image and the replacement. I already deleted 1 because I thought it was just it alone, but I soon realized they were all affected. This is really upsetting, does anyone have some advice or possibly a reason why this happened?
