Looking for a prebuilt liquid cooled PC with an external radiator

I'm looking for a new PC for software development and gaming. I'd like to go liquid cooled with an external radiator (e.g. a MO-RA3) so I can reduce noise and eliminate dust inside the case. And I'd prefer a prebuilt PC so I can stay focused on building software, not hardware. However, all I can find are liquid cooled solutions with internal radiators. It's possible I haven't looked hard enough, so I'll keep looking. But if anyone knows of a supplier, I'd be grateful for a reference. And if the answer is "you have to buy X and then bolt on Y," then that's fine, too. I'm just looking for certainty at this point. =) Thanks!
