[KCD2] After ending feelings and thoughts.

:dialog_mirrored: Discussion :dialog:

Well... Maybe I'll start with, THAT WAS A WONDERFUL GAME.

I had so much fun in these 110h game and still there are few side quests left.

There was some laugh, some tears, some sadness, some happiness, some irritation and all of it came to 1 conclusion. It was hell of the game :P

There were some flaws like economy and so much limited gold for\from merchants.
Here, devs could make possible to again invest money into business or let them invest money from our items.

Haunting was kinda useless. After these 110h, I still can't get rid of dried wolf from wolves when I was searching for dlc armor. Even more it's useless because for example deer hide (and others too) are not lootable from animals.

After deleting Master Strike from all weapons except swords, most of the time I was using swords.
Poison is OP, but only on weapons (arrows\belts too). I was trying to use poison 2-3 on camps, but they literally never died. I've even poisoned after 4-5AM when they prepared new food. Nothing. So it only came to kill them at night with dagger\kill them using bow/crossbow\open fight.
I would sometime rather quietly poison them, like with Kumans camps in KCD1.

Sets of gear. It's great to have 3 different sets, BUT there is one flaw. In many cutscenes or other events, they're changing my outfit and later game do not bring it back to my active gear.

Characters
They were really interesting characters and as a Pole you can predict with which character I've had most connection. :P Character really acted as should according to their status. Nobleman, guards, citizens, farmers, bandits, warriors, soldiers, merchants. Every character has its own story, and they were not forced upon us.
Ngl. When I've had interactions with >!Devil's group!<, it was always pleasure.
Never had a feeling of boredom when I've had to go to some NPC, it was always refreshing, always something new.

Women.

At 1st I was trying to be faithful to Teresa, but tbh. >!Katherine and Rose!< were totally other league from Teresa. They were smart and interesting characters, so it was hard, even impossible to ignore them.
After some other DLC drop, maybe I'll replay this game, but this time I'll f-ck everything what walks (except Hans...)

Plot.

It was interesting, but somehow even after these 110h I kinda feel like KDC1 was longer, but it's mostly possible it just my sense of time. Time went so fast I didn't even know. But it's a good thing.
I'm glad Henry>!found his answer and peace!<

Other thing. At>!1st wedding from main plot we meet groom and after keeping quiet from von Bergov we never heard about him again!<
Really interesting ending was>!killing Zygmunt using that dagger.!<

Music.

Perfect. It was really well-made for every action and situation on screen.

Horses.

Tbh. Most of the time, horse was for me just warehouse and sometimes to travel to some inn which was further from fast travel point.
Maybe it's only me, but I've never fought from horse, even when horse have abilities for fighting.
Wish there was really fighting usage for horses, but most fight we are cut off from it, or we are in city etc.
Even worse, I was only in 2 races at the beginning when I was using Pebble.

Dog

At the beginning, he was a great companion, but i few hours later it was just easier for me to play without him. I don't know why but in KCD1 he was near me most of the time but here from these 110h he was near maybe 15h. Command Sit and that's all. He just sat somewhere in village\city, and it was rare for me to call for him. Literally never. Dunno why, but he just felt kinda useless.

I'll end here, writing the last sentence.
It was a great game with really great characters and living world, after this ending I doubt there will be a 3rd part, but you know? Better die as a hero than live long enough to be a villain.

What are yours experiences? Stories? Feelings about this game?
