Help with finding a new cartridge/stylus

I have a Sony PS-FL3 turntable and there is a Grado GF3 cartridge on it. I got the turntable used and the cartridge or stylus needs to be changed. Anybody able to point me in the direction for what I should get? I've never had to do this before
