Am I wrong for giving my wife a list of demands after she cheated on me last year

My wife (33F) and I (33M) have been married for 6 years, and we have 2 children.

Last year, I found out from one of my wife’s friends that she cheated on me. My wife had a one night stand. When I asked my wife about it, she was extremely regretful and confessed to everything. When I asked her the reasons for it, she made no excuses, and she was extremely remorseful about it. She immediately quit drinking, and she promised she would do anything for me for a chance at reconciliation.

The thing is, while I was sad, I wasn’t really heartbroken. The only real pain I’ve experienced in my life is when my grandmother died in mine and my sister’s arms when we were teens. I have never really felt any real emotional pain since that incident.

I really had no intentions of divorcing my wife, and had gotten over the sadness and had internally forgiven my wife in a few days. I however did consult with my sister, and she recommended that I still act like I am hurt, and that I don’t externally forgive my wife so that my wife goes through the necessary reconciliation steps. She recommended me all the things I could ask my wife to do.

And here’s a few of the things I’ve asked my wife to do over the past year. I’ve asked her to quit her job and become a full time SAHM. My wife is extremely career oriented but she immediately agreed to quitting her job. She has been cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner for me over the past year, and I love it. I show my appreciation to my wife, and my wife is just thankful that I am in the process of forgiving her. I am not doing any house chores any more, and my wife has been doing all my house chores. The has significantly improved my mental health, and I am just extremely happy with where I am at in my life. Our sex life is great, our kids are doing great.

Am I wrong?
