I unknowingly exposed my pregnant friend to influenza A at 20weeks. What should I do?

So when I went to see her, I only had a slight sniffle. Asked about wearing a mask or keeping my distance , which she has not to worry about. she didn't tell me about her being pregnant until later. Today i tested positive for influenza A, and I need to tell her. Any advice on how dangerous this exposure could be?
