Lost my rizz, how do I get my rizz back?

I grew up a very shy and introverted guy, was never able to even start a conversation with a girl, but as time went by and I was 18 or something I had my first girlfriend without any effort. Many girls came in my life, I got rizz, pulled many 10’s with minimal effort. Very Recently I was in a live in relationship for two years which ended amicably, and now that I’m single, I think I’ve lost my rizz, I can feel it in the conversations I’ve been having lately. Even the 4’s are leaving me on read 😭. Really worried if I would ever be able to get my rizz back. Has anybody gone through anything similar? What did you do to get your rizz back??
