Ark Server Cluster

Hello, in the next few months I want to open a server cluster, 5 maps for now 8 in the future, (public server) and 20 slots for each map, I want to know if this will be a good enough computer to run that consistently? I'll just be buying a use gpu off of Facebook considering they're run solely on the cpu and ram, I could go intel but I've always preferred amd due to price and upgradability.

that's the pc, it's probably all I could really afford in a few months, anyone with current or previous server cluster experience will this be good enough?
