Would I get my brother’s games?

Me and my brother each have separate PS5’s. He has a normal PS5, and I have a PS5 Pro. He has a few games I want to play, and I was wondering. If I were to log into his account on my PlayStation, would I have access to all his games? We recently tried this with my old account on his PlayStation, but it only lets me play games I also have on my current PlayStation, and the rest have a lock symbol on them.
