Cyclops has 33 cards?

Hi, Just had xmen arrive today and began sleeveing the cards, noticed that Cyclops has 33 cards in his deck (plus the 1 promo) and it got me thinking does anyone know do any other characters deviate from the normal 32 card deck?

I know that some have "special cards" like Deadpools "shoot" card for example that you don't shuffle into the deck. The reason I'm asking is because we are currently coming to the end of our first DTA campaign and we've been limiting our decks to 50 cards with the added loot as per the rules but we never considered some characters could be at a disadvantage. Just food for thought. Also are you allowed to take the promo card out of your deck to make room for more loot in DTA?
