Agency

So I’ve been on OF for like a year. Most I’ve made in a month is about 2k. My busy season is coming with work and I know I will start slacking if I’m running my free, subscription, and advertising. I really want to make this work but I don’t have the time or organization. I have so much content which I post on my free site but I can never figure out when to reuse it, etc.. I have 1,300 free subscribers and maybe 5 send me tips/purchase so I feel like it’s a waste. Since I have so much content, would it be worth having an agency run my free page? I would like to keep running my subscription page since I want it to stay personal with my fans. If so does anyone have any suggestions to a good one? Thanks!
