TFSA strategy with uncertainty of tax-residency

Investing

31M, 90k salary, 90k contribution room in the TFSA. I'm a canadian citizen, but I'm unsure whether I'll remain a tax resident by 2027 or later. I could perhaps do 183 days in canada and the other 6 months outside, but it's hard to predict the feasibility of that.

My understanding of holding a canadian TFSA while not being a tax-resident is that any gains or withdrawals become taxable.

So with that in mind, I'm reluctant to invest my TFSA in long-term funds such as V/XEQT. I'm considering X/VBAL, a 50-50 split or X/VCNS. Is that a sound strategy?
