"Condo" trust agreement

I'm looking for general advice on the cost of having someone draft a basic trust agreement for a four-unit (two duplexes) condo association in MA.

We have an existing agreement, but none of the original owners are still around. It does specify that successor trustees pass on to future homeowners, so it’s not urgent, but we’ve been putting this off for a while.

It’s a very simple setup: Four units (two duplexes) sharing a property. Other small specifics. We pay $100/month in condo fees, mainly to cover master insurance. My husband handles all the snow removal and yard maintenance. We’re all generally agreeable. I’d really just like to have a clean, editable PDF version of the trust agreement.

Additionally, I’d like to obtain a copy of the EIN letter so I can move our account out of BOA. If anyone has advice on how to do this when I’m not specifically named in the trust, that would be helpful. I can call the IRS, but I’d appreciate any insight on what to expect beforehand.

Once this is sorted out, I’ll look into updating the bylaws. While I’d prefer to dissolve the trust altogether, the way the property is set up, that doesn’t seem like a practical option.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
