Lost my last years last sem fees and my exams is from 26 of this month

I’m in third year of my college which is my last year and my final exams is from 26 of this month and i lost my fees and if i dont pay the fees I’ll not be able to give exams. I dont know what to do how to do. I cant ask my parents also sometime back my friend was in a need of money so i took form my parents and it was not a small amount as i comes form middle class family so im stuck in a very bad situation guys please help! My clg fees is 29750 INR
