Does the Ajin omnibus 1 to 3 cover the whole manga series?

I’ve been planning to start reading the Ajin manga and im wondering if omnibus vol 1 to 3 cover the whole series? Im also not sure if im going to go for the omnibus or the single volumes. If anyone here has read ajin where would you rate it from 1-10?
