Looking for the Hindi movie name from 70's or 80's

This is really old movie about the society. Probably stars Naseeruddin Shah but not sure. The story line is the hero gets married to a older woman. He respects her and probably loves her as well but not as a wife. He doesn't sees her as wife due to the age gap. He shares his feeling with friend who also married to the older woman. Does anyone knows the name of the movie, would be really helpful.
