Another offer - gazumped

Hi there,

I’m selling a probate property with recently went under offer (under asking). We hoped it would fetch more given the condition and location but we took the best offer at the time.

Someone privately has offered more than what we accepted. I’m not in the business of making things difficult for our current buyers, however, given the sizeable difference, it’s giving us pause. The new offer will require them to sell their property which they’ve had an offer on. It’s more risk for us to go with a new buyer but it’s a big difference. They say they are serious.

What do I do?
