Working in a startup or graduate role?

Hey guys, I’m a new grad and can’t decide between a grad role at a Big 4 firm (stable, structured, good pay) vs joining a startup (more dynamic, learn fast, but less pay and higher risk). Both have pros and cons, but I’m not sure which is the better move long-term. Any advice?
