How to flip cards for good

I auto-generated some of my cards. Unfortunately, the front cards show the answer, and the back cards show the definition. How can I flip them manually and for good? I emailed the founder, but they have not responded. How can I fix it? I can not do it manually since there are literally thousands of cards.
