Workation for 2 weeks - April 2nd half in Himachal

I am planning for workation in last 2 weeks of April. Places I am thinking are:

1. Jibhi (1 week) + Kasol (1 Week)

OR

2. Dharmkot (1 week) + Kareri (1 week)

Need suggestions if:

1. above places has good internet + wifi connectivity

2. places with least power disturbance

3. peaceful enough to work especially during evenings
