Turned in my w.10 last assignment a day late. How screwed am I?

I am in my internship course, my last course needed to graduate. I got really sick on Friday, and through that not only had to miss going to my internship, but also completely forgot about the deadline for the final paper being on Friday instead of Sunday.how screwed am I? Is there absolutely anything that I can do? I am spiraling, I can’t sleep, and have literally been throwing up.
