I’m frozen .Still .Two months

We are with the Resistance. We have had enough . Internet - you know what to do .

A brilliant lawyer was found dead this morning , Mar 23, 2025 Groundhog Day # -too numerous to count . US Attorney for Virginia Jessica Aber ,43. She stepped down in January as is custom to allow the new administration appointees . She fought corruption , gang violence & foreign interference esp Russian . One of the good ones . She was a crusader .

There is only one violent gang that’s invaded and is terrorizing the US 24/7 . Their gang violence and abuse of power by over reaching & simply ignoring any laws and ignoring judges in place to enforce said laws, by characteristically deflecting petty blame & derogatory slander . By using fear , defamation, lies & scare tactics always claiming that those who speak out against them are the bad guys . “ very bad guys , nasty “.

Somehow 🇨🇦 became an immediate target, and the threats & defamation and lies have not let up , they’ve only intensified, because we refuse to allow this behaviour and stand up for what is right . This is not normal or okay where we come from . And , sorry , but , Canada is not for sale . We apologize a lot if no one has noticed ; so obviously this guy would be denied entry bc no one’s heard him utter such a word other than demanding it from others while he threatens them for standing up & saying “ no “.

Sorry . Not sorry . We are not American nor will we ever be . This is not how we behave . This is not how we allow anyone to behave . Bullying is despicable, the trait of a coward . Picking on others because he is bigger than them and jealous of what they may have , possess , or who they are & what they stand for . And won’t put up with . Bullies hate being told “ no “. They hate it more when we call them out . For it’s all about them . We know better than to elect this personality into any office let alone do it twice . We aren’t idiots and we certainly aren’t suicidal. We have yet to hear any truth spoken or that anyone is sorry for turning on their neighbours, while “ cozying up to Putin , make that make sense “.. Justin Trudeau. This is a sorry state of affairs . Sorry - they are not . We have faith someone will be . Sooner than later .

We have sat frozen in fear terrified to move an inch because we’ve seen what happens to those fighting for truth, justice, and freedom . We are safe if we don’t move - that’s all we’ve got at the moment . Those of us who are foreigners with green cards & legal status have been made targets and are sitting ducks because the US administration has yet to tell the truth about literally anything . As an official government they lie , threaten , bully , defame, commit crimes against humanity in the name of their version of justice, all in plain site. Residents with any status, even citizens are afraid to move anywhere. Local law enforcement has been given authority to “ help “ ICE. If we speak out and our phones or social media accounts are checked , free speech doesn’t apply, apparently . If we do go home and try to return and dare to cross any border trying to come back to the lives we thought were free, we’re our own ; we may disappear for the pure sake of a stereotypical gang sending a powerful message to the world .

We may disappear if we speak out about whatever they don’t agree with though they campaigned on freedom of speech .

We may disappear as we protest the wrong in the world and fight for human rights and freedom for all ; as they campaigned on freedom above all else .

We may disappear in protesting corruption and tyranny in attempts to help others who have disappeared before us; while they campaigned on the right to protest being fundamentally protected by the constitution, having demanded and successfully pardoned the Jan 6 “ peaceful protesters”.

We may disappear as we try to do exactly as we are told , to desperately to follow the rules as we goto our scheduled appointments and check ins with Homeland Security as we go thru the gruelling process of becoming legal . And free . As is promised by the “ Land of the Free..”

We may disappear because we are different, because we practice a different religion , are a different colour , are born differently, love differently. We may disappear by them literally erasing our existence in history, law, or erasing our gender all together.

We may disappear because we simply have something they want and we shed light on these ongoing atrocities and make them look like exactly what they are . What they campaigned on and promised you they would do .

Hateful criminals . Bullies . Cowards. Racists. Homophobes. Little boys. Overcompensating. Whose girlfriends go along with literally anything they say . Dressing up in cosplay photo ops terrifying immigrants parading human beings in shackles while cheering each other on , and the crowd goes wild .
This has made me so physically ill and has broken me . The needless suffering alone is too much to bear .

Foreigners are the backs America stands on . We make up 25% of your health care profession. We are no longer welcome or safe here . This chaotic horror show has rendered us all useless or nearly so . We knew better than to move to Russia or North Korea or China . What we didn’t know was that the United States is now too in that same category. We have been duped & lied to , we have given our lives to serve others only to discover we are now *trapped paralyzed in fear thousands of miles from home , finances drained , stuck , stranded in a country that despises us . A country that literally instills hate towards us , and professes it is much better off without us . That ensures we sit in fear and terror as we learn that terrible things can happen to us too . So we better conform & not speak out against them . But honestly , we the immigrants need to immediately self deport and go home , or find new homes because we don’t have to go home but we CANT STAY HERE .

So far , the international human rights crimes committed by the US government are atrocities; gang violence using fear and lies as they removed an alleged violent gang of Venezuelan “ bad guys “ by abduction without due process - to a concentration camp in an entirely different third party country …. has proven no evidence of criminal activity , tattoos aren’t illegal , then again we can’t keep track anymore . That isn’t the point . You can have Mother Teresa shackled next to Ted Bundy. They both deserve the same due process to ensure their rights as humans are recognized by laws that are there for that reason . Many are asylum seekers , these are husbands, fathers , brothers & sons. These are people who were going thru the process of becoming legal . They did what they were told by Homeland Security by going to their appointments. They filled out all the right forms . Many were alllegedly fleeing tyranny in opposition to Maduro, allegedly but I know nothing about this and again it matters not . Many were being persecuted bc they were gay . Not one of them has yet to be proven to be in any gang and not one of them has a criminal record anywhere . An adjacent person with power agreed to abduct these folks who fought for justice and freedom against the wrong in their world . They now sit as hostages in another country, far out of reach . There was a threat done in a mocking tone yesterday about this wonderful prison in El Salvador and how maybe those who are vandalizing Tesla may go there for 20 years , and their “ conditions are fantastic “. Maniacal fear mongering . By a government . Of a “ free “ country .

No matter who they are or what they did - they saw no judge . No fair say or trial . They were abducted and are now political prisoners in the worst of conditions In Miami , aliens are literally starving to death in an ICE detention facility designed to fit 500. 4000 rot there . Begging for help even trying to call the president of Mexico for help if they finally get hold of a phone .

We are not safe I am done here . I doubt I am alone . I hope to go home and be actually free. If all 25 % of your healthcare professionals want to finally breathe and truly serve others where we will be more than welcome, I’m more than happy to oblige however I can . . Because it’s the right thing to do . Every human matters .

After all ; immigrants are the root of all evil . We shall go back from whence we came , or , as other oppressed enslaved people we told in the past , “follow the North Star to freedom where the Underground Railroad truly ends. “

America will be fine . Hospitals are well funded and will survive . Clinics will run as usual. Surgeries won’t see much disruption. Diagnostic testing and research will continue onward . Patients will get the care they deserve and pay good money for .

Your people will be better for this I have no doubt . No contracts are legal at this point in time . Trapping anyone in a foreign country without disclosing that the very scenario we are enduring was possible or would soon be a reality - obviously is illegal on so many levels . We are now hostages who were lead to believe we were not in Russia . Thus we were safe . We were lied to and I myself would NEVER have moved to a country where it was possible for a violent gang to be elected & lies were the usual dialogue expected from a government. The wiki page on 🇺🇸 must change to Authoritarian rule . Based on lies , fear , propaganda, and exertion of force & oppression. Don’t let anyone else make this grave error , it is your obligation to fully disclose this vital information to your insurers and guarantors ; especially your foreign endeavours while recruiting doctors and nurses from abroad , from countries that as a rule are close in rule of law and thus safe to relocate themselves and their children to .

United States of America , this is your responsibility. Your duty of care . This is health care . Care for people of all sorts and backgrounds.

We all take an oath in our profession. You must uphold your end of the bargain for future generations of your workforce . For survival of your workforce .

I thought it was the vacuum of my divorce , the south good ole boys club, and the curse of having married a doctor whose status always trumps the wife and kids rights ( always ) . To all of the licensing bodies and medical boards , hospitals , medical & nursing schools in the US.. we are now leaving to seek freedom from this fear and terror , we will become refugees in another country that actually is big on human rights for all. No contracts are valid at this point due to the civil unrest and the Alien Enemies Act that is in place , defining times of war . Self deporting . As we are told so angrily , rudely , maliciously and aggressively .
