What the F is wrong with Delhi UBER?

I came to delhi almost after a year and UBER game is completely fucked up. I had to try for 45 minutes in the morning to get a cab from Sarai Rohilla Station to Karol Bagh and at the end I had to opt for UBER priority. I haven't been able to get a single cab since this priority thing came into picture and it upcharges by 20-30%. It's so fucking frustrating.
