How do i nicely tell my new boyfriend that I'm need more than just dinner at his coffee table and tv watching?

I 41f have been seeing a 42m for 3 months now. It feels like he has already fallen into a routine when it comes to spending time together. In the 3 months we've been seeing each other we have spent the majority of out time at his house or mine. We have only actually been "out" 5 times. First date to dinner, second date bowling. Then a lot of time at his place because my kids are home. Only 3 other times we've actually been out and that was at my request and with my planning. Twice with other people. He frequently asks to see me but seems as if he is just very content either picking food up or heating up soup or chili. Eating at his coffee table and watching a show or movie. I myself am a very active person. I am not a screen time person. Our weekend time together is pretty much every other weekend because we each have our children every other weekend. So we see each other most often on the 2 days during week that my children see their dad for a few hours. I have tried talking about things that interest me and he seems excited and always says let's plan. I'll send him links to activities. But we don't seem to actually do anything. He's super sweet and kind. He's an amazing guy. But I'm close to losing my mind. He asked again to hang out this Tuesday to watch and movie and eat dinner at his house. And I literally can't stand the thought of another screen night. Just looking for some ways to address this without coming across the wrong way. I also have zero problem with paying my own way and have even paid for our dinner at home several times. Most of the thing is request to do are cheap or free. I'm an outdoorsy person so alot of my interests (and his so he said) lie in nature and would cost very little to do. Any advice would be helpful!!
