Is she starting to open up to me?

I M(21) have been talking to F(19) for a little over a month now, We technically started talking back in january but we started hanging out at the beginning of february. Everything was good but all we ever really did was hangout, watch movies and that’s about it. I have brought up being exclusive after I realized we are doing everything couples do and she said she isn’t ready and wants to go slow. She still had dating apps and talked to other guys and I just did the same. she came over this weekend and spend the night friday, we watched “our” show and fell asleep. the next morning we went out for breakfast and she asked me if I could come to her nail appointment and sit with her so I did, We then went to the mall where I was meeting all her co workers. On the drive back I saw her texting her friend/co worker and her co worker was saying i’m a major upgrade and she was saying “I know he’s such a sweet boy and gets me flowers and treats me way better then my ex) I thought that was cute. we got back home and she was wanting to take pictures together and all that. Is it possible that she’s starting to move closer to getting into something with me? i’m trying to respect her boundaries but at this point I feel like we should definitely be exclusive. Does this sound like she actually likes me or am I just being used as a rebound/comfort person?
