Recently purchased antique hutch. Can’t find a date or manufacturer. Can anyone help me identify? (USA)

My wife and I were lucky enough to stumble upon this beautiful hutch on the marketplace for a great price! Since acquiring the hutch I cannot find a single date stamped anywhere on the hutch (including behind any of the hinges) or any evidence that points to a manufacturer. Can anyone help me with either of these questions using the provided pictures? I believe the wood is Oak but I don’t know much else!

Side question: Does anyone happen to know what those wooden door stops are called (the knobs that turn to ‘lock’ each door)? I haven’t seen anything like this so I don’t have a clue how to research about it.
