Almost 3 days with radio silence - finally get a reply, what would you do?

Update to a previous post pretty much saying had a good vibe with a guy that I matched with over hinge, moved the conversation over to text (at his request) and we were both mutually engaged, emotive and asking lots of questions. And then no reply for 3 days - until today. Thought I wasn’t gonna hear from him, figured he was more interested in someone else but he’s back and idk what to say? It’s a long message carrying on our previous conversation, he does start it with apologising for the delayed response. Ugh, help :/
