LL for 2nd visited park

Sorry for the wonky title , the scenario is that I want to visit 2 parks, but have the LLs for the second park only. For example , I assume I can visit Epcot first even though all my LLs would be in magic kingdom later in the day? I would have park hopper (not an AP)
