Help! UCLA or Barnard College? Any insight is appreciated!
I am so grateful to have been accepted to both schools, but now I am having a hard time choosing since they are so different and I like both. To current students or anyone with knowledge about each of the schools, any help is appreciated!
I'm looking for any info about academics, student life, and career prep resources!
Background:
-Interests: Public Policy, Political Science, Pre-Law potentially?, Psychology
-Do not need to compare financial aspects (they are the same)
Some concerns about both:
UCLA:
-Might be too big for me
-Far away from home/family (i'm OOS)
-grade deflation?
-Switching majors might be hard?
-Enrollment/Course Registration is hard I've heard
Barnard:
-Small
-Less well-known to public
-may provide less opportunities/resources?
-Might be a little limiting
-No campus really
-Current instability/uncertainty financially and politically
