Adria 26 too big

So I’m 5.7 and it’s hard for me to get on the bike. At a stop, my legs are just tip toeing. If I return the bike it’s going to be 240 for shipping and 10-20 percent for restock fee so about 400 in losses. Am I cooked or can I ask for the 24 in tires. If they send will it bolt right up?
