1995 Miata idle issue

My Miata is stock for the most part and only started having this issue about a year or two ago. When cold it idles fine and sometimes it idles perfect the whole time I’m driving. But more times then not when it warms up, if I come to a stop or turn the car off for a few if I go into a store it idles super Low and feels really rough like it wants to stall. The only way I’ve consistently found that makes the idle better is if I push in the clutch. The idle rises right back up and runs like a top. I’ve checked for obvious vacuum leaks, changed out clutch position sensor. Does anyone have a clue what this is? Thanks!!
