Canceled reservations 3 days before

I booked a stay through Marriot Homes and Villas back in 2/25 of this year for stay in Baltimore from 4/3/25 - 4/7/25 and just received a notification through the property manager that the owner canceled on us today. I could not find on Marriot homes customer reviews on this place. Has anyone stayed here before? I don't think they know how much heartache it puts on the customer when they cancel last minute like this!
