help

is it normal that after i remove my aligners to brush my teeth in the morning or to eat i’d be on the verge of crying because of how much they hurt? especially my lower teeth since i put elastics on them, but its usually unbearable i keep thinking if it normal? im also on tray 18/43 so i should be used by now but no 😭
