What do you think about careless drivers that get a ton of tickets and expect you to help pay?

Lol, this one lady I work with keeps hinting she wants help paying off her speeding tickets. She has gotten tickets on highway tolls and random streets. No one is responsible for her negligence with not paying and getting the tickets in the first place. I always tell her not to speed. As a driver myself, I try my best never to get a ticket or run a red light. She purposely ran some red lights. Even the police stopped her from her driving. She’s a nice person but she has some problems with immaturity. She’s close to forty years old, yet she acts like a 17 year old driving. Sigh
