Grind setting changes during grinding

So kind of weird issue and haven’t seen it mentioned on this sub yet.

My grind setting will start at what I set it at (8 for example) but finish at 7.

I noticed that barely touching the grind size wheel will adjust it up or down without a full click. Super sensitive. Even going in the finer direction (towards the user) will cause it to go up/coarser with the slightest touch.

Any body see this issue before or have any recommendations on it? Thanks in advance!
