Flstudio is crâcking but the cpu isnt even at max capacity

When the beat is playing I reach 20% of the little cpu bar at the top (sorry idk what to call it 😭)

In the audio tab I use "Primary Sound Driver", buffer length at 2048 and my headphone is a seinnheiser 560s.

Also when I use FLStudio Asio my sound is completely f"cked, I cant describe it but it's like every sound become VERY stereo and when I switch back to another driver the sound is extremly loud.

I used to have a Razer headphone before and didnt have that problem. Im kinda confused on what to do, any ideas ? 😭
