Low JSS due to client misclick...

So I hopped on a few days ago and noticed that I have an 80% jos success score. I used to have 100% and was top rated with a lot of jobs finished perfectly. When I contacted the client I first apologized to see if something was miscommunicated since it was a terminated contract on both ends. The client assured me they didn't mean to leave bad feedback and that they would contact upwork to change it. I'm not left with 4 tickets and Upwork replying that they can't do anything about it. Like wtf. Both me and the client are disputing the feedback and yet their mods can't do anything? I'm pissed.
