I just looked further into it and found out Khel Now made a mistake in their article as Dé Gol didn't receive two yellow cards for a red card against Real Kashmir. It was one yellow and then a direct red. Thus Inter Kashi's appeal was valid and the match should in fact result in a forfeit.
