Arch tempered rey dau?

How does one fight arch tempered rey dau . Is it something you can actually roll on the map or was it a quest line that is now no longer available.

Sorry if this is a really dumb question I've already beat zoh Shia and beat tempered Mitsu so im looking to progress to the harder content if it is available.
