Why isn't the 10% Discount on the EU4:DDE when it says it should be? Steam error?

I have EU3 and I see no discount. Shit, I was JUST gonna get it from Steam too....

GMG is a decent alternative. Gives you 11 dollars store credit for the preorder.

thats a steam problem because with me it displayed the discount properly (didnt buy it on steam though because a steamtrader offered the dde for €25) so contact the customer service

Seems to be resolved. Just purchased it for 10% off.

The 10% on the regular edition is because he has EUIII. It should be on both.
I'm seeing the same problem and I have EUIII: Complete in my Steam Library.

Confused me at first, too. I started to doubt that I owned the game and had to double check.

It was when i bought it. You should try contacting Steam customer service or something along those lines.
I can also confirm receiving 10% off when buying the EU4:DEE from Steam. Only reason I went for it too...since it came out to about $40.
